[Remote] Technical Program Manager

They are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and execute cross-functional programs involving hardware and firmware development, ensuring successful product lifecycle management and effective communication across teams.ResponsibilitiesLead and execute cross-functional programs spanning hardware, firmware, operations, suppliers, and cloud service teamsOwn program schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and executive reportingCoordinate hardware engineering activities across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and validation teamsDrive firmware readiness (BIOS, BMC, diagnostics) and align them with hardware development milestonesLead NPI phases (EVT/DVT/PVT), factory readiness, and build execution, ensuring smooth transition to mass productionFacilitate FMEA activities, track mitigation actions, and integrate outcomes into design and validation workflowsPartner with cloud telemetry and diagnostics teams to enable monitoring, predictive maintenance, and field data analysisManage hardware lifecycle activities including sustaining, ECO processes, component changes, and field issue resolutionSupport root-cause investigations, ensure closure of technical issues, and improve reliability and serviceabilityDrive effective communication and alignment across engineering, operations, suppliers, and leadershipSkills7-12+ years of experience managing complex hardware, firmware, or cloud system programsStrong understanding of server/PC architecture, hardware bring-up, BIOS/BMC flows, and diagnosticsHands-on experience with NPI processes including EVT, DVT, PVT builds and manufacturing readinessProven expertise in FMEA, quality engineering coordination, and risk management workflowsExperience with cloud telemetry, remote diagnostics, and field data trend analysisExcellent program management, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to drive technical triage, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decision-makingQualification: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fieldEquivalent industry experience will also be consideredDesired Skills: Experience working with cloud infrastructure hardware (Azure, AWS, GCP) or data center platformsKnowledge of reliability engineering, sustaining operations, and hardware quality processesFamiliarity with JIRA, Agile methodologies, PLM systems, and manufacturing execution toolsPMP, Scrum, or formal program management certification (preferred but optional)BenefitsFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per yearReceive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year)10 paid holidaysAre eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury dutyEligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matchingAnd their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefitsRegular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefitsParticipate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelinesBenefits offerings vary in Puerto RicoPart-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year)Are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matchingFull-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year)Are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matchingAnd their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurancePart-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year)All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave lawsCompany OverviewCyberProof delivers threat-led (via Continuous Threat Exposure Management), co-managed security operations with the belief that better security is achieved through the right partnerships, technology and client experiences.
