What You'll Do
? Provide technical leadership and guide the team in executing manufacturing processes.
? Champion the implementation of the new PSQRR placemats across current and future launches and lead continuous improvement in solutioning left.
? Use placemats to escalate items appropriately and ahead of time.
? Focus on streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and reduce the complexity of PSR/LW/LD and Key Dates File.
? Oversee program timing and monitor progress to ensure transparency across all locations.
? Develop new processes, standards, or operation plans to support business strategies.
? Review launch processes across sectors to gather best practices.
? Ensure process, quality, and safety improvements are fed back into BOP/BOE.
