The Role
This is transactional and litigation work with real consequences for real people. You'll evaluate creditor offers against client interests. Negotiate directly with collectors, banks, and MCA funders. Counsel clients facing lawsuits, wage garnishment, and asset seizure. Litigate when settlement isn't possible or isn't fair.
