Data Analytics Lead Consultant
Job Description: • Analyze large and complex data sets to identify, interpret, and communicate trends, patterns, and opportunities. • Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to support business strategies. • Design, build, and implement well-governed, structured reporting and dashboard capabilities. • Partner with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business problems and define key questions to be answered using data. • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that deliver measurable impact. • Effectively communicate technical analyses, insights, and recommendations to business leaders and non-technical stakeholders. • Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with governance standards. Requirements: • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Developer, and Python or R. • Proven experience in analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable insights. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions. • Strong communication and storytelling skills to present insights to senior leadership. • Experience 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
