Landscape Architect (Revit & Autocad) | Permanent WFH
We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect with a strong background in designing and planning spaces that blend functionality, sustainability, and creativity. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience and a passion for projects that connect people with nature, learning, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop architectural and landscape concepts for projects such as:
• Learning centers
• Botanical gardens
• Urban planning projects
• Wildlife parks
• Zoos
• Museums
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to create environmentally conscious and educational spaces.
• Integrate ecological and biological principles into design solutions.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct site assessments and contribute to sustainable design practices.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and project quality.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture (or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit preferred.
• Strong interest or background in ecology, biology, or environmental design.
• Experience designing for public, cultural, or educational institutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and creative problem-solving skills.
Work-from-home requirement:
• Device: Personal computer with Intel Core i5 or higher, or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
• Memory & Storage: At least 16 GB RAM and 100 GB of free disk space
• Internet: Wired connection with a minimum 50 Mbps download speed, plus a backup connection (e.g., mobile hotspot or prepaid Wi-Fi)
• Work Environment: Quiet, well-lit space with minimal background noise
