They must be the gatekeepers and auditors of accounts opening processes,ensuring new customers are compliant and customers have their accounts enabled and configured according to their risk profiles. The KYB Specialist is also responsible for providing best-in-customer support to keep user data updated and ready to use. We value customer-centric and innovative approaches to deliver a world-class experience!Reports ToKYB SupervisorWho You Are Failure to meet any of the following required qualifications could result in an automatic rejection:Proven English fluencyConduct Know Your Customer (KYB) reviews for institutional/individuals clients, managing the client’s journey from application submission to documentation review and approvalHolds experience in customer support or account executive rolesThrives in fast-paced environment and consistently meets deadlinesDemonstrates meticulous attention to detail and strong multitasking abilitiesProficient in identifying Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risks and applying KYB policy concepts during client onboardingPossesses robust analytical and critical thinking skills for assessing clients documents (from business to personal documents) and detecting potential red flagsHas a basic understanding of legal procedures, contracts, and business structures relevant to KYB due diligenceAdopt a customer-centric approach while conducting due diligence investigations, ensuring excellent service deliveryWhat You Will Do Conduct onboarding and ongoing customer due diligence processesReview and validate user documentation, with a focus on both individual and institutional usersEnsure validation of onboarding documentation in accordance with Compliance and Fraud PoliciesEffectively resolve customer issues raised through support tickets, collaborating with relevant support teams when necessaryAssess various elements of the KYB Profile, including general information, documentation, screenings, and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs)Identify and promptly escalate risk components, such as AML and Fraud concernsCollaborate closely with Product owners, leveraging feedback to drive continuous improvements in the onboarding processYour TeamAs part of the KYB Team, you will work closely with our Legal&Compliance Team and other KYC specialists in a fully remote work environment.Research in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion suggests that individuals may hesitate to apply for jobs if they do not meet all the listed criteria.
