[Remote] Administrator, Partner Marketing - Dallas

DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a mission-driven Partner Marketing Administrator to raise awareness of health plans supporting their value-based care program through local engagement with kidney care patients. This role involves building trust with patients and caregivers, collaborating with care teams, and facilitating informed health insurance decisions within dialysis clinics.ResponsibilitiesRepresent the value-based care program’s affiliated health plans within dialysis clinics and the surrounding community to raise awareness, build trust, and support informed patient coverage decisionsBuild strong relationships with in-clinic staff—facility administrators, social workers, and administrative assistants—to facilitate coordinated, compliant marketing effortsDevelop a strong understanding of the plan’s benefits, eligibility criteria, and the role of care management in driving better health outcomes for membersPartner with assigned brokers to support enrollment of interested patientsCommunicate plan and program information in a clear, ethical, and compliant manner—ensuring CMS marketing guidelines and internal compliance guardrails are followedIdentify barriers to engagement and provide insights that improve our local marketing approachTrack engagement and field activity metrics to support performance evaluation and continuous improvementPotential to represent the plan at community events or engage existing members for retention activitiesTravel to clinic locations at least four days per week to speak with kidney care patients, caregivers, and clinic staffOccasional option to work Saturdays and evening events, if desiredSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredActive Health and Life Insurance License from the state of California required; Medicare Advantage marketing experience strongly preferredMust reside near the Dallas metro area and possess a valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation—a majority of time will be spent inside dialysis clinics or traveling locallyProficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)Comfortable working independently in a field-based role, with strong personal organizationProven relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills2–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, insurance sales, grassroots outreach, or community engagement preferredBilingual / Spanish-speaking is strongly preferredBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash outFamily resources, EAP counseling sessions, access Headspace®, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave and moreDaVita offers a variety of programs to help strong performers grow within their career and also offers on-demand virtual leadership and development courses through DaVita’s online training platform StarLearningMileage for daily commute reimbursedCompany OverviewDaVita means “to give life,” reflecting our proud history as leaders in dialysis—an essential, life-sustaining treatment for those living with end stage kidney disease (ESKD).
