**Your Role in Our Mission**

As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert, you'll be part of a dynamic virtual team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

* Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries with care and attention to detail
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
* Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
* Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
* Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues to ensure continuous improvement

**Requirements for Success**

To excel in this role, you'll need:

* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision
* 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a mechanical or technical field
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm with accuracy and speed
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems and software applications
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems with ease
* Organization and work prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

* Experience working with mechanical or technical products
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
