Responsibilities
• Develop, execute, and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns using Klaviyo platform to maximize engagement and revenue.
• Implement advanced customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized content tailored to different audience groups.
• Design visually appealing emails using tools like Adobe Photoshop and CSS to ensure brand consistency and high visual impact.
• Manage marketing automation workflows within Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar platforms for seamless customer journeys.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and other variables to improve open rates and click-through rates.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and Klaviyo analytics dashboards; generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, and e-commerce specialists to create compelling messaging that aligns with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in email marketing and SMS campaigns within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
• Strong proficiency in Klaviyo platform along with familiarity with Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot or similar tools.
• Expertise in customer segmentation techniques to target audiences effectively.
• Skilled in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop for designing engaging email templates.
• Knowledge of marketing automation workflows and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SQL for data-driven decision making.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign results.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
