We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Experience Representative to enhance our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will ensure that our healthcare clients receive unparalleled service and support. Your core responsibilities will encompass collaboration with our client-facing teams, programming experts, and print center personnel to efficiently manage client testing, job setups, report monitoring, and inventory control.

As an integral member of our shared service model, you will be essential in providing superior service and support to our client-facing teams. Your expertise in working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and your proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhanced profitability will be greatly respected.

This role offers a flexible working arrangement, allowing for four days in the office and one day remotely.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a liaison between client-facing teams, programming specialists, and print center staff.
• Convert data instructions and project specifications into actionable directives for technical and operational teams.
• Manage client-specific inventory, initiate communication for replenishment, and partner with procurement for reorders.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to swiftly address and resolve issues.
• Advocate for process improvements and profitability enhancements.
• Utilize Salesforce for efficient case management.

Required Skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across various platforms.
• Proven ability to foster and maintain strong relationships.
• High attention to detail in managing Corrective Action Reports, Service Level Agreements, and business correspondence.
• Proficient in analyzing client data and reports for trends and quality assurance.
• Capability to meet deadlines while managing multiple client deliverables.
• Self-driven with a strong desire for learning and professional growth.
• Previous experience in print and mail operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

Qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client representative, project management, or related role is preferred.
