Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop teams effectively through teaching, training, and active listening, with a focus on driving business results and improving customer satisfaction
Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, utilizing the One Best Way (OBW) service model to ensure a high-quality customer experience
Drive financial performance and sales growth by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing outstanding performance
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments, building relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements:
2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results
Proficiency in utilizing technology, including business initiatives, merchandising, and company direction
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
