IT Guest Technology QE - Kforce Technology Staffing

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Doral, FL that is seeking an IT Guest Technology QE. Summary: The Guest Technology Quality Engineer (QE) ensures the reliability and performance of technology that directly impacts the customer experience in a hospitality or retail setting. This is a specialized software QE role focused on the unique systems used by guests, such as mobile apps, kiosk systems, digital keys, and entertainment portals. Responsibilities: * Test case creation/execution/updates * Bug creation/re-test and recommendation * Collaborate with Agile team daily and participate in all ceremonies * Direct interaction with client REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 3 years of experience performing software testing or related functions * Experience in testing mobile-web applications (iOS and Android) preferrable * Experience in API Testing * Working experience in Agile delivery models Scrum team format * Working experience in test analysis, design, automation (a plus), integration, and end-to-end testing as well as functional and API testing * Good understanding of Mobile Testing process and methodologies * Excellent communication skills and good at stakeholder management The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
