The role:

• Insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Motion practice, depositions, hearings, and client interaction

• Opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators and public entity clients

• Significant responsibility and hands-on litigation experience early on

Requirements:

• California Bar admission required

• Insurance defense litigation experience required

• Junior associates should be open to a hybrid schedule during development and training

• Experienced attorneys may work fully remote

• Strong communication skills and client-facing professionalism preferred

Nice to have:

• Experience working with public entities or institutional clients

• Strong cultural fit within a collaborative and team-oriented environment

• Deposition and litigation management experience

Compensation:

• Compensation up to approximately $180,000 depending on experience

• Hybrid flexibility for junior attorneys and fully remote options for experienced litigators
