They are seeking a Legal AI Product Manager to lead the development of their AI co-pilot for in-house legal, Lloyd, focusing on user engagement, feature iteration, and system improvements based on community feedback.ResponsibilitiesBe User #1: Using your legal background, rapidly test and iterate on new and existing features until you would be proud to release them to your peersBuild in real time with engineering. No handoff specs and ticket queues. You're in the room and the repo with the team, iterating live. What ships next gets decided in the moment — informed by what members are saying and what's actually brokenShip code and design yourself with Claude Code. Prototypes, mocks, small fixes, feature drafts — done by you, not waiting on a queue. Your throughput stacks on top of the team'sMember feedback → system updates. Run design partner programs and evals. Turn fuzzy feedback into concrete prompt, data, retrieval, and UI changesSystem prompts and response quality. Live inside Lloyd's 40+ pages of system prompts. Diagnose thin responses to root cause. IterateData — the moat. Relentlessly hunt down knowledge gaps and fill them: member contributions, law firm partnerships, licensed data, original research, event content turned into citable artifactsEdge-of-AI awareness.
