Senior Lean Business Office Consultant

Job Description: • In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and optimizing a business system office using lean methodologies to support CLEAResult’s mission of delivering efficient and sustainable energy solutions. • This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • This role will utilize lean tools such as value stream mapping and Kaizen events to eliminate waste, improve productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through employee training and engagement. • By analyzing performance data and aligning projects with strategic goals, the role ensures the office’s operations contribute to CLEAResult’s commitment to sustainability and operational excellence. Requirements: • Proven experience in building and implementing lean methodologies and process improvement initiatives within a complex organization. • In-depth knowledge and application of lean tools and techniques, such as value stream mapping, root cause analysis, 5S, and visual management. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and deliver results on time and within budget. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions. • Solid understanding of business systems and processes, including finance, operations, human resources, and customer service. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization. • Experience in training and facilitating workshops on lean methodologies and process improvement. • Passion for CLEAResult's mission of promoting sustainable energy solutions and reducing environmental impact. • Continuous learner mindset, staying updated on the latest lean methodologies and industry trends.
