Instructional Designer/Trainer Needed for Engaging Learning Solutions

I am seeking a skilled instructional designer or trainer to create effective and engaging learning training presentation with an adult learning–focus, Zoom training. This will be structured as a train-the-trainer session, equipping facilitators with the knowledge and skills to effectively train using Zoom. Training Requirements: Must cover how to conduct training over Zoom using iPad, MacBook, and PC. Utilizing screenshots and ensuring the training deliverable can serve as a stand-alone document. Include troubleshooting tips for facilitators to address common technical issues. Explore all relevant Zoom features, including (but not limited to), that also build on learning technologies to convey the message: Breakout rooms Emojis/reactions Whiteboard Screen sharing Polls Chat/Q&A Any other tools that can enhance the learning environment Design should apply adult learning principles to ensure engagement and interactivity. Deliverables: Designing a complete turn-key training guide or presentation (Canva or Word file) that can be easily customized with company branding. Materials should allow for future updates and modifications, especially to align with company privacy and internal requirements.
