The Director, Large & Mid Pharma Segment Lead will drive commercial strategy and growth across IQVIA Digital’s portfolio for Large and Mid-Sized pharmaceutical customers, leading a team of Solution Sellers and shaping segment strategy.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Solution Sellers focused on AIM XR, POCN, and Email engagement solutions for Large & Mid Pharma clientsDefine and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for the Large and Mid‑Sized Pharma segments, incorporating enterprise‑level insights, customer feedback, and market dynamicsPartner closely with product, analytics, and delivery teams to guide solution enhancements, enterprise feature requirements, and segment‑specific needsServe as a strategic advisor to large pharma brand, omnichannel, marketing, and commercial leadership, translating objectives into actionable engagement strategiesBuild strong, trust‑based relationships with senior‑level client executives, co‑creating scalable omnichannel approaches and enhancing long‑term valueNavigate complex, global organizational structures, identifying decision makers, influencers, and cross‑functional stakeholders within large pharma ecosystemsDrive revenue growth across the IQVIA Digital portfolio, with an emphasis on omnichannel execution, optimization, and performance measurementCollaborate across matrixed internal teams to ensure integrated, seamless delivery and consistent customer experienceStay current on digital engagement trends, data and audience innovations, privacy‑enhanced solutions, and the evolving HCP landscapeRepresent IQVIA Digital at senior leadership meetings and industry forums, elevating brand presence and shaping market perceptionFoster a culture of accountability, enterprise rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvementSkillsTo be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is locatedUS Remote with approximately 15-20% domestic travel requiredBachelor's degree required8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization, digital marketing, or data‑driven healthcare solutions, with strong exposure to Large or Mid‑Sized PharmaDeep understanding of enterprise pharma structures, brand planning, omnichannel marketing, and cross‑functional commercial operationsExperience selling, deploying, or scaling digital engagement, audience targeting, enterprise data, or advanced analytics solutionsProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing commercial teamDemonstrated success in shaping strategy, influencing solution design, and leading cross‑functional collaboration with complex customersExceptional communication and executive‑level presentation skillsStrong relationship‑building capabilities with senior client stakeholdersStrategic thinker able to translate market and customer needs into scalable enterprise solutionsBenefitsDependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Company OverviewIQVIA provides analytics, compliance, and management solutions to the life sciences industry.
