About the position
The Instructional Designer for Online Programs at New York University is responsible for collaborating with instructors and educational technologists to design and develop high-quality online courses for the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Technology.

3+ years of ed-tech work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years with a Master's Degree.

Demonstrated project management experience.

Understanding of educational pedagogy, particularly for online teaching and learning.

Ability to analyze and solve problems with innovative solutions.
Nice-to-haves
Master's Degree related to learning, instructional design, or technology.

2+ years of experience with technology-enhanced courses and programs.

Familiarity with User Experience design trends and best practices.

Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools.

Experience working with Learning Management Systems and instructional modules/media.

Experience with prototyping and designing product experiments.
