OwnersChoice Funding is seeking a Mortgage Loan Advisor! The loan advisor is pivotal in the loan process, acting as the primary point of contact for borrowers and client credit unions throughout their journey. Exceptional communication skills are essential, enabling you convey complex information clearly and build strong relationships with all stakeholders. The Mortgage Loan Advisor collaborates with Loan Officers, Loan Processors, and other interested parties to ensure a smooth and timely closing process. Key priorities include providing outstanding customer service, maintaining clear and consistent communication, and demonstrating a strong sense of urgency at every phase of the loan process. Requirements Ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of similar or relevant work experience and be willing to obtain a MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) licensure. Experience in mortgage lending is preferred. Posses a strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and mortgage regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and proficient in mortgage software and technology tools Remote work environment - up to one in-office day, if applicable.
