Purpose and Mission
Responsible for managing a specific set of customers through distant interactions
Key Activities and Responsibilities
Business Development: Grows the business through remote prospect and lead management.
Market Research: Build deep insights in the related market, customers, products and applications.
Sales Forecasting: Provides monthly forecasting and reporting and manages the budget.
Handling Basic customers scope
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Previous Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or related roles
Qualifications and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
