In this role, you will execute key learning processes, partner with stakeholders, and design effective learning solutions to support employee development across the organization.ResponsibilitiesPartner with our business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify current and needed skills for employees to perform successfully in their roleContribute to the design, development, deployment, maintenance and evaluation of learning and performance support solutions for the global business unitWork with the rest of the team to ensure our current learning and performance solutions remain relevant and continue to help our people be successfulWhen required, facilitate in-class or virtual workshops, ensuring we provide an engaging and inclusive environmentSkillsDemonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills.
