Inside Sales Agent (Work From Home)

Shifts are Evenings and Weekends....
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency
ā¢ Resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and accuracy
ā¢ Provide product information and assistance to customers
ā¢ Maintain customer records and update information in the database
ā¢ Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
ā¢ Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
ā¢ Work nights and weekends
ā¢ Monday - Friday 5-10pm
ā¢ Sat and Sunday 8:30-2pm and 2-10pm.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
ā¢ Previous customer service experience preferred
ā¢ Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent
ā¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
