We continuously offer new opportunities for financial product sponsors across a wide-spectrum of investable products and for asset managers to measure As a part of our Market Index Services team; you will be responsible for the maintenance of the indexes and improving our systems. You will be a subject matter authority for the Nordics and European markets, financial products, companies, and market participants. This means you will:
Perform daily administration of Index processes and procedures as governed by the Index methodologies. Assist in resolving Index production issues. Draft, prepare, and/or publish Index data related notices and other subject matters through relevant information channels, under supervision. Assist with basic and complex customer inquiries. Draft detailed documentation for new and existing Index data sources, processes, and standard operating procedures Research new data sources to discover and document their strengths and weaknesses Document and contribute to cross-team projects using Confluence, JIRA and other tools utilizing the Agile way of working Communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners Uncover product and infrastructure improvement opportunities; assist in preparation of requirements and cases A degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another relevant field 1-3 years of experience in financial markets, securities, and market data Experience detecting and interpreting corporate actions A Track record of working optimally both independently and with a team Well organized and able to complete multiple, time-sensitive projects Excellent Excel skills This position can be located in Philadelphia, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates .
