Insurance service representatives must communicate effectively, while accurately and efficiently handling high claim volume. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards. Qualifications: Experience: Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience. Prior Revenue Cycle, healthcare billing or insurance Required Education: High School Degree or Equivalent. Certifications: None Other: Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge. Communication and customer service skills.
