Daiju Yoshino Insurance Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance and will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. This role involves supporting various aspects of the commercial insurance process, including customer service, claims assistance, audits, renewals, and invoicing.

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per year

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to commercial insurance clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist clients with claims processing, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted efficiently.

Support the audit process by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and ensuring accurate reporting.

Assist with the preparation and submission of renewal documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing of renewals.

Manage and maintain accurate invoicing and billing records for clients, addressing any discrepancies that may arise.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for commercial clients.

Provide guidance to clients on policy changes, coverage options, and endorsements.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance. Please do not apply without any experience in commercial insurance.

Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and procedures.

Experience in claims assistance, audits, renewals, and invoicing is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
