**Position Overview**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our child support client stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Receiving calls from clients in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
* Categorizing calls received in one of the provided categories
* Recording abusive and/or extraordinary calls
* Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures
* Possessing strong oral and written communication skills
* Being knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
* Exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least one year of prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a related field
* Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
* The ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Fluency in English and Spanish
