What You’ll Do
• Analyze tax returns and financial documents
• Assist clients with financial disclosures and discovery responses
• Draft motions, pleadings, and certifications for attorney review
• Manage case files using modern case management software
• Communicate with clients empathetically and professionally
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to keep cases moving forward
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of NJ family law paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of divorce, custody, and financial discovery
• Experience with case management software (Clio, MyCase, or similar)
• Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new tools
• Empathetic, professional, and solutions-oriented
• A true team player who takes pride in their work
Bonus Points
• Familiarity with NJ family court procedures
• Experience drafting complex motions or certifications
• Ability to explain legal concepts clearly to clients
