Seeking a licensed attorney with 5+ years of experience in business law to provide legal consulting services for a small business in MTitle: Small Business Attorney Needed to File Lawsuit in Minnesota (Breach of Records & Fraudulent Hours) Job Description: We are a small business seeking an experienced Minnesota-based attorney to assist with filing a legal complaint and lawsuit against a former independent contractor. The contractor engaged in serious misconduct, including: Unauthorized access to and breach of company records Falsely reporting and inflating work hours Resulting financial and operational harm to our business We are prepared to move forward promptly and are looking for an attorney who can handle this matter from complaint drafting through filing and early-stage litigation in the state of Minnesota.
