HR Representative - Italian and French
Nordson, a global leader in precision technology, is seeking a highly motivated and talented HR Representative - Italian and French to join our international HR Services EMEA team from Italy - remote based. Summary of the role You will provide human resources support to our internal customers in EMEA, you will focus on supporting languages in Italian, French, English, and may assist in additional activities translation support for policies and documentation.Providing first line support to employees, managers and other customers, you will be processing day to day HR related inquiries and transactions received through various channels with a strong focus on excellent customer service.You will use a Case Management tool to enter, track and respond to all activities efficiently, professionally and in a welcoming manner; deliver first call resolution and provide high quality customer support that meets expected service levels and business performance goals; proactively identify and recommend improvements on processes, procedures and system functionality as part of efforts on Continuous Improvement.As our team member you will perform various HR tasks, including:Pre-employment activitiesCoordination of incoming and outgoing employee administrationEmployee and HRIS Data administrationEmployee issues/inquiries on benefits, HR policies, compensation etc.Leave of absence and vacation administrationTraining inquiriesGeneration of HR related reportsYour Education and Experience:Bachelor background in Human Resources or similarminimum of 3 years’ related experience in a service environment, HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience preferredExperience in a manufacturing environment beneficialKnowledge of Italian labor law requiredExperience with case management system beneficialYour Skills and Abilities:Native or business level proficiency (verbal and written) in Italian and FrenchEnglish; basic Spanish is a plusOutstanding customer focus including attributes of empathy, compassion and service orientationAdaptability and flexibility which includes being open to change, as well as strong detail orientationExcellent process orientation and savviness with technology which includes use of web-based platforms, case management, etc.Ability to take ownership of tasks and work in a team environment to continuously improve resultsBroad overview and knowledge of HR Operations and Employee life cycle are a plusGeneral knowledge of HR policies, processes practices and employment lawsStrong verbal and written communication skillsBenefits We offer a flexible work schedule, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development.
