HR Recruiter – Remote

Symetra is seeking a HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! About the role In this role, you’ll play a key role in helping teams grow by finding and hiring great talent. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, guide them through the hiring process, and ensure a smooth experience for candidates. Whether you come from a recruiting background, HR or bring transferable skills in communication, coordination, or customer service, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact. What you will do Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to offer and onboarding. Guide managers through the interview process and help them identify the best talent. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Other duties and projects as requested.
