**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Technical Writer, you will be responsible for:
* Writing technical documentation for builders and cloud architects constructing solutions for their own personal Google Cloud
* Producing and curating content supporting clients
* Editing, clarifying, and proofreading files written by others, and training non-writers on ways to enhance their writing capabilities
* Working with a global team of Engineers, Product teams, content strategists, and other technical writers to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience in technical writing
* Strong understanding of HTML, Markdown, or Unix environments
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems (VCS)
* Familiarity with Google Cloud products and services is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Writing, Engineering, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in technical writing
