Ā Provide orientation, training, and evaluations for home health aides and other caregivers.
Ā Conduct regular patient visits, offering in-home support and care.
Ā Ensure meticulous and timely documentation of patient care.
Required Skills
Ā Valid RN license in the state of Iowa.
Ā At least one year of RN experience is required.
Ā Supervisory experience is advantageous.
Ā Strong skills in communication, organization, and time management.
Ā Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ā A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
Ā Active and valid RN license.
Ā Minimum of one year of relevant experience as an RN.
Ā Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
