[Remote] Principal DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes)

The Principal DevOps Engineer will be responsible for architecting cloud and platform infrastructure, defining standards, driving automation strategy, leading migrations, and mentoring the platform organization. Responsibilities • Set technical direction for cloud, CI/CD, and infrastructure strategy. • Architect large-scale, multi-region, highly available systems. • Lead Kubernetes platform engineering at scale. • Define SRE/DevOps best practices, mature reliability culture. • Lead incident response architecture and high-severity readiness. • Drive costs, performance, and security posture across systems. • Mentor senior engineers and influence engineering-wide strategy. Skills • Experience in architecting large-scale, multi-region, highly available systems. • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes platform engineering at scale. • Proven ability to define SRE/DevOps best practices and mature reliability culture. • Experience leading incident response architecture and high-severity readiness. • Ability to drive costs, performance, and security posture across systems. • Experience mentoring senior engineers and influencing engineering-wide strategy.
