Position Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our clients' brands, interacting with customers in both Spanish and English. This onsite position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment where no two days are alike. Key Responsibilities

Your primary mission will be to deliver outstanding customer support while representing arenaflex and our clients with distinction. Here's what you'll be doing:


Customer Inquiry Management: Handle and professionally respond to all customer inquiries with accuracy, patience, and efficiency
Active Listening: Provide exceptional customer service through attentive listening and understanding customer needs
Information Security: Work with confidential customer information while maintaining strict data privacy and security protocols
Issue Resolution: Aim to resolve customer issues on the first contact by being proactive and thorough in your approach
Clear Communication: Communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English, adapting your style to meet their needs
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of interactions
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of client products, services, and policies

Essential Qualifications

Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer service or related field
Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older
Education: High School Graduate or GED equivalent
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Windows operating systems
Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills in both languages

Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
