Role Description This work-from-home role allows pharmacists to contribute to the monitoring of adverse events, post-marketing surveillance, and safety reporting — without needing prior pharma experience. • Collect, evaluate, and document adverse event reports for marketed and investigational products. • Conduct literature reviews and safety signal detection activities. • Prepare safety narratives and case documentation in accordance with FDA and global guidelines. • Collaborate with safety physicians, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs teams. • Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP), FDA, and ICH regulations. • Assist with safety database entry, audits, and quality reviews. Qualifications • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. • Active pharmacist license in the U.S. • Pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or regulatory experience preferred — pharmacists from retail, hospital, or managed care with strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply. • Excellent written communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
