Required Skills
รย Active Oregon RN License.
รย Valid Oregon Driver's License along with Auto Insurance.
รย Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
รย Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
รย Strong ability to work autonomously while also functioning as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications
รย A minimum of 1 year of Nursing Experience (preferred).
รย A minimum of 1 year of Case Management Experience (preferred).
รย Active RN License is required.
รย Openness to travel locally for in-person visits (50%-75%).
