People Operations Specialist /Fixed term until the end of 2025/

Currently, we are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our global Employee Lifecycle Team (position is based in Poland). The role is temporary on a fixed-term contract (labour contract) by the end of this year with potential extension. Your daily responsibilities: • Processing the payroll input for Netherlands, Denmark and Norway, collaborating with payroll vendor • Administration tasks for the above countries related to Payroll activities • Handling POPs tickets related employees and manager questions • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee support, resolving inquiries related to HR policies, benefits and other employee-related matters • Maintaining globally employee profiles in HRIS (HiBob) including mass uploads, and data quality tasks as a part of the central Employee Lifecycle Team • Administration of other People's tools and systems • Improving people processes and guidelines (employee handbook & People Leader Guide) based on the feedback from People Managers and Jira tickets • Opportunities to engage in global projects based on individual areas of interest Your key skills: • Previous experience in HR Shared Services nice to have • Experience in preparing the payroll input • Fluent communication skills in English • Very good command of Excel (pivot tables) • Can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills • Proactiveness • Attention to detail We encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
