Key Responsibilities:
Ā Provide accurate and fluent interpretation in American Sign Language (ASL)
Ā Work closely with teachers, students, and parents to ensure smooth and effective communication
Ā Offer constructive feedback to enhance accessibility and inclusivity for students
Ā Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and documentation
Ā Utilize remote communication tools and platforms (such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet) to facilitate virtual interactions
Qualifications:
Ā Certification or License as a Sign Language Interpreter
Ā Previous interpreting experience, preferably in a virtual setting
Ā Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL)
Ā Reliable high-speed internet connection with a dedicated workspace
