Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales & Marketing Associate. The associate will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, promoting AI Routine Partner’s offerings, generating and converting leads into sales, and managing end-to-end customer service. Additional duties include collaborating with teams to develop sales strategies, conducting training sessions with clients, and providing exceptional communication to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Sales processes and closing deals
• Proficiency in Sales & Marketing strategies and campaigns
• Ability to design and conduct Training sessions
• Excellent teamwork, time management, and organizational skills
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and technologies
• Knowledge of AI-powered systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
