Take payments.
Update demographics
Provide claim status.
Explain copays/deductibles.
Qualifications
Must know how to interpret and explain EOB's
Excellent written communication skills
Polite phone etiquette
Problem solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office Suite)
Self-Managed
Keen attention to detail
Healthcare experience
Ability to simultaneously use multiple programs.

Full-time โ Monday through Friday, 9am โ 5:30pm

Experience:
Customer Service experience within the healthcare industry (Required)
Ability to interpret/explain an EOB
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
