Healthcare Customer Service Representative

This team plays a vital role in providing outstanding patient care, scheduling appointments, and assisting with financial clearance. PLEASE NOTE: This role requires 4-6 weeks of on-site training in Indianapolis, IN. After the completion of training, the role is 100% remote.
What You’ll Do:
· Answer inbound calls from patients regarding appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and general inquiries
· Schedule patient appointments accurately across various clinics and specialties
· Provide insurance verification and prior authorization support for procedures and surgeries
· Educate patients on financial options, including self-pay, billing, and payment plans
· Meet department quality and productivity metrics while delivering exceptional service
What We’re Looking For:
· High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
· 1-Year of Inbound Call Center Experience (Required)
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail
