Requirements
ā¢ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
ā¢ Typically eight to 10 years of related experience
ā¢ Business Banking/ Commercial underwriting experience
ā¢ Experience with the healthcare industry
ā¢ Expert level of knowledge of all underwriting functions
ā¢ Strong organizational, managerial and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Well-developed customer relations skills
ā¢ Proficient interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Effective supervisory and management skills
