Experience Coordination Specialist

Manage updates, changes, and follow-ups in a timely manner
Ensure accuracy across all plans and documentation
Deliver professional, friendly client support throughout the process

Customer service, coordination, or planning experience (preferred, not required)
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
