Quality Assurance Specialist (Calibration Lab) Location: Remote — Philippines (collaborating daily with the U.S. team) Employment Type: Full‑time Keep precision honest. Keep records audit‑ready —accurate, complete, and easy to find. Spot patterns in the data and prepare simple, actionable reports. Partner with lab technicians daily to resolve discrepancies and keep work flowing. Maintain document control (SOPs, templates, versioning). Log customer complaints per quality system requirements and help with vendor follow‑ups. Work confidently in Excel & enterprise systems (we’ll train you on the lab tools). What you’ll bring Calibration lab or quality experience (calibration certificate workflows strongly preferred). Working knowledge of basic statistics & measurement (mean/median/mode, standard deviation, significant figures, SI unit conversions). Solid Excel skills (sort/filter, lookups, formulas; macros not required). Detail obsession & time management, with clear, proactive communication. Comfort with new software/ERPs —you pick up systems quickly. Nice to have Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 . Experience using AI tools to streamline document checks or reporting. Technical writing in a test & measurement or calibration environment. Experience Requirements Mid Level
