Job Summary We are seeking a Spanish speaking Bilingual Health Plan Business Analyst with strong experience in Medicare Advantage and health plan operations. This role will focus on analyzing operational processes and building and documenting SOPs that support compliant, efficient health plan operations. Primary Responsibilities • Analyze and improve health plan operational processes • Develop, document, and maintain SOPs across operations (e.g., enrollment, claims, provider ops, member services) • Gather and document business requirements and workflows • Partner with operations, compliance, and IT teams to support process improvements and regulatory changes • Support audits and implementations with clear documentation Education and Experience • 3+ years as a Business Analyst within a health plan or managed care organization • Hands-on experience with Medicare Advantage operations • Proven experience writing and maintaining SOPs • Strong understanding of CMS and regulatory requirements • Bilingual (English and Spanish required) • Excellent communication and documentation skills Apply tot his job
