Global Creative Lead (with Copywriting Skills)

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative person to join our global marketing team as a Creative Lead, responsible for leading our Inhouse and reporting to the marketing director. This is a unique opportunity for shaping a disruptive B2B brand that aims to bring a best in class payment experience to companies in Latin America. It is the time to give one step ahead in our brand foundation to bring a revamped brandbook while executing brand assets to support Clara short term growth. We aim for someone with copywriting and planning skills who wants to build a B2B brand almost from scratch.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of Clara’s customers and their needs and translate into creative insights.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions with all teams and clients to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives.
• Set creative guidelines for the region balancing a strong and consistent global brand with local creative needs.
• Conceptualize assets for website, sales materials, paid media, social media, lifecycle campaigns, advertising, print, out-of-home, video, and other media both internal and external.
• Manage end-to-end creative projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Present campaigns rationale and advocate for the work while remaining open to feedback and alternative perspectives
• Beyond execution, you will lead and inspire the Inhouse team, composed by three designers and one copywriter.
• Design the process of an agile and efficient creative production that allows for constant testing and optimization of visual assets across all marketing channels
• Work closely with the global marketing squads to align creative efforts with overall business objectives.

Our requirements are:
• 8-10y experience as copywriter and creative planning.
• Proven experience as a creative lead and art direction, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of conceptualizing and leading successful marketing campaigns that have had a significant impact on brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Experience in building brands from scratch in the tech environment.
• Fluency in Business English and Portuguese native speaker
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in a multicultural setting.
• Nice to have: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and others.
• Execution oriented.
