With our recent $75M Series C funding, we’re growing fast to make AI accessible across all products.THE ROLEWe’re hiring a Head of Revenue Operations to build the processes and infrastructure that allow the Sales organization to scale effectively. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, analytics, and systems, ensuring the company hits ambitious revenue goals while maintaining efficiency, alignment, and employee satisfaction across the commercial organization.RESPONSIBILITIESSales planning and strategy: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership on revenue targets, quota setting, headcount strategy, and territory designForecasting and reporting: Own forecasting cadence and sales analytics, including delivering insights on pipeline health, rep performance, and segment trendsCompensation and incentives: Develop and manage sales comp plans while ensuring everyone impacted is informed and alignedSystems and tools: Own the GTM tech stack, leading tool evaluation, implementation, and data integrity initiativesDeal desk and commercial operations: Build and run the Deal Desk, including partnering with Legal and Finance on pricing, approvals, and commercial termsREQUIREMENTS10+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, and GTM Operations experience in high-growth tech companiesProven track record of scaling revenue operations and driving alignment across all GTM functionsStrong background managing sales support functions, including Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Systems, and Sales EnablementAdvanced proficiency in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and delivering actionable insights through data and analyticsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teamsAn ownership mindset: you’re excited to be the first hire in this role and to shape how revenue operations works at BasetenBENEFITSCompetitive compensation package (Flexible PTO, 401k, covered healthcare premiums).This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing startup in one of the most exciting engineering fields of our era.An inclusive and supportive work culture that fosters learning and growth.Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI!
