[Remote] Email Marketing Manager

OTTO Quotes is seeking an experienced Email Deliverability & ESP Partnerships Manager to own and scale the technical foundation of their email channel. This role is responsible for maximizing inbox placement, maintaining sender reputation, managing ESP relationships, and developing long-term deliverability strategies that support high-volume lead generation programs.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage OTTO's email deliverability strategy across domains, IPs, and sending infrastructureDevelop and maintain direct relationships with ESP account teams, deliverability specialists, and platform partnersServe as the primary point of contact for deliverability escalations, account health issues, and inbox placement challengesImplement and maintain email authentication protocols including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and related best practicesMonitor sender reputation, inbox placement, complaint rates, bounce rates, and other key deliverability indicatorsLead testing, experimentation, and optimization efforts across both deliverability and campaign performance to improve inbox placement, engagement, conversion rates, and overall lead generation resultsMonitor and optimize key performance indicators including inbox placement, sender reputation, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, complaint rates, and lead qualityAnalyze deliverability, engagement, and conversion data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies that improve both email performance and business outcomesPartner with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure email programs align with business objectives while maintaining strong sender healthStay current on mailbox provider requirements, industry regulations, and emerging deliverability best practicesSkills5+ years of experience in email deliverability, email operations, or technical email marketingDemonstrated experience managing high-volume email programs and sender infrastructureEstablished relationships with major ESPs and deliverability teamsDeep understanding of email authentication standards, sender reputation management, and inbox placement optimizationStrong knowledge of Gmail, Yahoo, Microsoft, and other major mailbox provider requirements and best practicesExperience managing IP and domain reputation, warming strategies, and remediation effortsAbility to analyze technical deliverability data and translate findings into actionable recommendationsStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teamsExperience in lead generation, performance marketing, or customer acquisition environmentsExperience managing multiple domains, brands, or high-volume sending programsFamiliarity with email compliance requirements including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and related regulationsExperience leading ESP evaluations, migrations, and vendor negotiationsCompany OverviewWelcome to OTTO Quotes AI, where we simplify your insurance journey by offering personalized quotes for auto, home, and life insurance anytime, anywhere through our online marketplace or directly over the phone.
