Hands-On B2B SaaS Growth Marketer (HubSpot, Email, Content, AI-Forward)

We’re a B2B SaaS company selling a POS and payments platform primarily to events and venues. The business is established (10+ years), but marketing has historically been minimal and founder-led. We’re now looking for a hands-on growth marketer to help build a real inbound engine.

The primary goal of this role is generating more qualified demo requests. That means improving our website and messaging, activating and cleaning up HubSpot, running email and lifecycle campaigns, starting a content/SEO foundation, and generally turning “random inbound” into something repeatable.

This is an execution-oriented role. You should be comfortable personally writing landing pages and emails, setting up HubSpot workflows and lists, running experiments, and reporting on what’s working. You don’t need to do everything yourself forever, but you should be capable of doing it yourself.

We’re particularly interested in marketers who use AI thoughtfully to move faster (content drafts, research, analysis, experimentation), but who are not dependent on AI and understand core marketing fundamentals.

Requirements / strong fit if you have:

- Hands-on B2B SaaS growth or demand-gen experience

- Experience with HubSpot (email, lists, workflows, campaigns)

- Comfort owning top-of-funnel experiments (email, content, SEO foundations)

- A metrics-driven mindset (you can explain what you ran, why, and what changed)

- Experience marketing to complex buyers or multi-stakeholder sales cycles is a plus
