Hiring PA Based UGC Creators for Thrift, Affordable Fashion & Home Finds

CommunityAid is seeking UGC creators to help us capture authentic, in-store content at one or more of our CommunityAid Thrift Store locations across Central Pennsylvania.

This project focuses on organic, community-driven content, not polished ads. We’re looking for creators who enjoy storytelling, thrifting, sustainability, and highlighting affordable, on-trend finds in a real retail environment.

This is not a guaranteed long-term contract or employment, but creators who meet or exceed expectations may be considered for ongoing, project-based work.

What You’ll Be Creating

Examples of content may include:

• Short-form vertical videos (Reels / TikTok-style)

• In-store walkthroughs

• Thrift “finds of the day” or themed hauls

• Affordable outfit styling or home décor finds

• Sustainable shopping & resale messaging

• Seasonal or promotional highlights

Content may be used on CommunityAid’s organic and paid social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Is comfortable filming in public retail spaces

• Is perceptive about on-trend styles and décor as well as effective storytelling

• Is familiar with short-form video content (UGC style, not overproduced)

• Has a passion for sustainability, resale, affordability, and community impact

• Is reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented

• Is local to one or more store locations (or willing to travel)

Compensation $50 per approved short-form video deliverable (target length: 15-30 seconds).

All compensations will be provided through Upwork.

Usage & Rights

By accepting this project, creators agree to CommunityAid’s UGC Creator Addendum, which includes content usage and likeness permissions for marketing purposes.
